The MyAccount app helps you manage your Telekom mobile services directly from your smartphone. You have quick access to information about your mobile costs and services, 24/7, from wherever you are.

The MyAccount mobile app helps you:

<li>View and download your bill on your phone;</li>
<li>Top up your Telekom prepaid card;</li>
<li>Extend your mobile subscription;</li>
<li>Activate electronic billing;</li>
<li>Activate roaming on your subscription;</li>
<li>Stay up to date with the latest offers.</li>

Pay your bill more easily
The fastest way to pay your bill is with a card in the app. You can save your card details so that next time you can pay your bill even more easily. Payments are made securely thanks to the 3D Secure system. Additionally, you have access to the bill history for the last 6 months and can download the bill to your phone.

Top up your Telekom prepaid card
With MyAccount, you can top up both your own card and that of someone else, easily and quickly, at any time you want. In addition, you can see the last 3 top-ups made.

Extend your subscription
Now it's easier than ever to extend your subscription. You can quickly solve it from MyAccount, without going into town. Everything is at your fingertips, so to speak. You can also check how many months you have left in your contract period from the app.

Activate electronic billing
Your electronic bill is always at your fingertips. We notify you by email as soon as it is issued and you can view and download it from your MyAccount anytime you want. And you have one more advantage: you get rid of the cost associated with printed paper bills.

Activate roaming on your subscription
Going abroad and don't have roaming on your subscription? From MyAccount, you can quickly change your current subscription to one that has inclusive roaming or more international benefits, without changing the contract period. When you return to the country, you can go back to your initial subscription at no additional cost.
